The verb shirimasu / shiru means "to know", but it expresses "one will know it in the future".
"I/one know(s) it" must be shitte imasu / shitte iru.
However, the negation "don't know" is shirimasen / shiranai.

13. Tsugi no hi no Kankoo ni tsuite, Nakaisan ni kiite miru to ii desu.

tsugi no hi (the) next day, following day, hi day, date
kankoo [sv] sightseeing, -ni tsuite about
