-ni yotte means "according to" or "depend on".
chigaimasu / chigau means "be wrong" or "be different", "differ".
[A] wa [B] ni yotte chigaimasu can be translated as "be different depending on", "differ depending on".
When [A] is already mentioned, you can say just [B] ni yotte chigaimasu "It depends on [B]". See No.5 & 6.
