kekkon suru means "to marry / get married".
"be married" should be kekkon shite iru

Almost all of the Suru-Verbs can be followed by the particle "o"; ○○ suru / ○○ o suru

-tsumori desu expressing one's intention; plan to do, intend to do

6. Kare to moo 3-nen tsukiatte iru kedo, kekkon suru ka doo ka, wakaranai.

kare he / boyfriend, -to with (person), moo already, san-nen (for) 3 years
tsukiatte te form of tsukiau; go together with, get along with
-te iru expressing progressive or state, -kedo but
-ka doo ka, wakaranai be not sure if or not, don't know whether or not, -ka doo ka if or not, whether or not
wakaranai nai form of wakaru; don't understand, don't know

7. Yooko-san ga kekkon suru soo desu.
Aite wa osana-najimi da soo desu.

-soo desu I heard, he/they said, aite other party, counterpart, partner
osana-najimi childhood friend, -da root form of desu

8. Kekkon shi-tai kedo, aite ga inai.

shi-tai want to do, [stem] + tai want to do, would like to do, -kedo but
aite other party, counterpart, partner, inai nai form of iru; there is not, don't have

9. Nihon de wa kekkon shinai hito ga fuete imasu.

Nihon de in Japan, kekkon shinai hito person who doesn't get married
hito person, people, fuete te form of fueru; increase, -te imasu expressing progressive or state

10. Dokushin no hoo ga kiraku da kara, (watashi wa) kekkon shinai tsumori desu.

dokushin single, unmarried, -no hoo ga comparative pattern; more than / less than
kiraku [na] carefree, easy, easygoing, -da root form of desu, -kara because
-tsumori desu plan to do, intend to do

11. Kekkon shi-tai kedo, kyuuryoo ga yasui kara, kekkon dekinai.

[stem] + tai want to do, would like to do, -kedo but
kyuuryoo ga yasui pay is low, salary is low
kyuuryoo wages, pay, salary, yasui low price / low amount (wages, fee, so on)
-kara because, dekinai nai form of dekiru; cannot do

12. Raishuu tomodachi no kekkon-shiki ni shusseki shimasu.

raishuu next week, tomodachi friend
kekkon-shiki wedding, wedding ceremony, wedding reception, shiki ceremony
shusseki [sv] attend

13. Watashi wa kyonen kekkon shita kedo, Korona no eikyoo de kekkon-shiki o shinakatta.
