ikura desu ka? How much is it?
ikura means "how much" and kore wa ikura desu ka? is "How much is this?."

kudasai & misete kudasai
kudasai following a noun means "give me." kore o kudasai means "I'll take this (lit. please give me this)."
When kudasai follows the verb te form, it means "please do" to express a request.
The phrase, misete kudasai means "Please show me."

kono, sono, ano
In case of indicating something such as "this book" or "that car," kono, sono or ano is used instead of kore, sore or are. See Key Sentences 5.
